Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags attached to qualify for a successful return process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the packaged item.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes QC, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
